In any case, the customer is requested to take note of the specific product information on the product packaging before use. The product images and illustrations on may differ from the original and are not binding in terms of colour.

3. prices
The product prices stated on at the time of the customer's order are binding. Should there have been an error in the price information, Ankh & more GmbH reserves the right to make price adjustments retrospectively. In this case, the customer will be informed of this circumstance and may withdraw from the purchase within the period set by Ankh & more GmbH. All prices are in Swiss francs including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The products are usually shipped with our shipping partners Swiss Post. The shipping costs may vary depending on the order value and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

4 Registration
Registration at is reserved exclusively for persons of full legal capacity. By placing an order, the customer guarantees that he or she is at least 18 years old, not incapacitated and capable of judgement. There is no entitlement to admission to the online shop. The data required for registration must be provided completely and truthfully by the customer. The customer is responsible for updating his/her data.

5 Order / Conclusion of contract
The customer's order shall not be binding until it has been confirmed by Ankh & more GmbH by e-mail. Ankh & more GmbH is free not to confirm an order without giving reasons. By placing an order, the customer confirms the accuracy of all information provided by him. In the event of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, Ankh & more GmbH shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. Ankh & more GmbH also has the right to withdraw from the contract if the products are not available from the manufacturer. In this case, Ankh & more GmbH shall endeavour to find a replacement solution after consultation with the customer. If the customer has no need in this respect, there shall be no further rights and obligations on the part of either contracting party.

6. delivery
Ankh & more GmbH has a large stock of products. Goods ordered and confirmed by 6pm will be delivered to our customers within 1-3 working days. If individual goods are not in stock, the time of dispatch may be delayed depending on the manufacturer's delivery times. Delivery times are always non-binding and delays in delivery do not justify claims for damages or the possibility of withdrawal from the contract by the customer. The customer is obliged to check the delivery immediately after receipt and to return incorrect or defective deliveries to Ankh & more GmbH within 14 days. All products not returned for these reasons will be invoiced. Ankh & more GmbH only supplies the geographical area of Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

7 Transfer of risk
The risk shall pass to the customer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the company carrying out the transport. If dispatch is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of Ankh & more GmbH, the risk is transferred to the customer upon notification of readiness for dispatch. Any assumption of transport costs by Ankh & more GmbH agreed upon in individual cases shall not affect the transfer of risk.

8. payment methods
Customers pay by PayPal, credit card (MasterCard, VisaCard), Postcard, prepayment or TWINT. In all cases, the payment process is carried out using secure SSL encryption technology.

8.1 Invoicing party Ankh & more GmbH
If Ankh & more GmbH itself acts as the invoicing party, it is entitled to demand reminder fees of up to CHF 30 per reminder to partially cover the costs incurred if the payment deadline stated on the invoice is exceeded. The reminder can be sent by e-mail, in writing or by telephone. In the event of unsuccessful reminders, Ankh & more GmbH may assign the claim to a third party company entrusted with debt collection or initiate debt collection itself. The company entrusted with debt collection will claim the outstanding amounts in its own name and for its own account and may, like Ankh & more GmbH, charge additional processing and debt collection fees.

9 Retention of title; set-off; right of retention
(1) In the case of consumers, we retain ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the purchaser have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
(2) You shall only have a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or acknowledged by us.
Furthermore, you shall only have a right of retention if and insofar as your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
(3) If the customer is in default with any payment obligations towards us, all existing claims shall become due immediately.

(10) Quantity restriction
Ankh & more GmbH reserves the right to limit delivery quantities for certain products in any case.

11. right of return / right of withdrawal
We grant you the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of receipt, provided that the security seal has not been damaged and the product has not yet been opened. The date of dispatch of the goods is decisive for the observance of the time limit. Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e. undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging. We will bear the return costs by sending you a free return note on request.

In any case, the customer is responsible for packing the goods to be returned in a manner suitable for transport. Damage/loss of the goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer shall bear the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The risk shall not pass to Ankh & more GmbH until the goods have arrived at Ankh & more GmbH.

If an order is accompanied by a gift (GWP = gift with purchase) above a certain purchase value, restrictions apply when returning the goods.
If the entire order is returned or if the new purchase value falls below the condition for the GWP, the gift must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned under these circumstances, the value of the gift will be charged.

Intolerances or allergies
Ankh & more GmbH accepts no liability for any allergic reactions or their consequences. Should allergic reactions occur after the use of a product, this must be reported by the customer at the latest 1 month after the purchase of the product (EMAIL & telephone), so that the further procedure can be defined. In any case, we recommend to record the allergic reaction pictorially and/or to have a medical certificate/allergy pass issued.

12 Warranty
The warranty conditions of the product suppliers apply. These are enclosed with the products. Ankh & more GmbH does not assume any further warranty. In any case, the customer is obliged to contact Ankh & more GmbH to clarify the type of warranty processing.
It is exclusively the supplier's right to choose which warranty services will be provided in the event of a warranty claim. In the case of appliances, the possibility of repair will always be examined first. Only the customer is entitled to warranty services and these cannot be transferred. Damage resulting from improper handling, natural wear and tear or external influences for which the seller is not responsible shall be the responsibility of the customer and shall not constitute a warranty case.

13. period for complaint
Defects must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the goods shall be deemed to be faultless and accepted by the customer.

14. transport damages
Damages in transit must be reported in writing within 5 days to Swiss Post/Quickpac as well as to Ankh & more GmbH. The risk of transport damage shall be borne by the customer, insofar as he cannot pass this on to the carrier.

15 Data protection
Data protection is governed by the provisions of our data protection declaration, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
